KEA Option Entry for UGCET is started on the official website of KEA. Candidates can enter their options for UGCET 2012 in the website kea.kar.nic.in. Karnataka Examinations Authority Option Entry for Under Graduate Common Entrance Test available upto 18th July 2012 5:00 PM.
Important Dates about KEA UGCET Option Allotment and Option Entry
- Option Entry by eligible candidates – From 6:00 AM on 12-07-2012 up to 5.00 p.m. on 18-07-2012
- Announcement of Mock Allotment by KEA - 20-07-2012
- Provision to change keyed in options if any by candidates - 20-07-2012 to 22-07-2012
- Real Allotment of Admission Round - 23-07-2012
- Announcement of Real Allotment by KEA - 25-07-2012
- Confirmation of Allotment, Payment of fees and receiving Admission Order by the candidate 26-07-2012 to 30-07-2012
- Last date for reporting to the college in Admission Round for the Candidate and updating the same on the KEA Website in the Option Entry Portal - 31-07-2012.

The candidates have to follow the procedures illustrated in the “Instruction Manual – User Hand Book” for entry of options which will be given to the candidates after verification of documents at each Helpline Centres and notification issued from time to time.

FEES
• The Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates need not to pay any fees.
• The candidate who are allotted Engineering Seats under Supernumerary Quota
should pay an amount of Rs.3,090/- only, as University Registration Fee.

DEMAND DRAFT DETAILS
• The Candidates should not bring the fees in the form of Cash or Cheque.
• Candidates can bring multiple Demand Drafts in different denominations
corresponding to the fee amount.
• Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “The Executive Director, Karnataka
Examinations Authority” payable at the respective Helpline Centres from any
Nationalized Banks.
